Pavero: Built on a Non-MVP approach

What happens when you have seven years in the industry and decide to do something fresh for the AI era,? You get to skip the whole ‘start small’ phase. Our core team had already spent years working together at the highest level and with AI coming into the picture, we could test ideas rapidly. So, going with a non-MVP approach became the obvious choice.
The first big question was: what do we call ourselves? AI gave us a lot of options, but Pavero - a mix of Pave and Aero - stood out instantly because it captures exactly what we stand for. Just like a plane builds momentum on the runway to take off, true success is achieved by steady, consistent effort.

Then came the identity. We are an AI-driven, high-tech company, but our identity is inspired by nature. We believe technology ultimately stems from nature itself. After all, where else does creativity flow more naturally? So we brought in elements like natural tones and raw textures to keep the entire experience human, lively, and grounded.
Our typography followed the exact same rule. We needed a typeface that felt modern but carried organic characteristics - balanced geometry, not too tall, not too sharp, and perfectly legible. By going with a variable font and making a few precise adjustments to the kerning and weights, we created a clean, high-impact font system that effortlessly fits any screen.

With our identity falling into place, the next step was to introduce ourselves to the world. The website is the first place our audience truly meets us. It was critical that our messaging and positioning had to hit perfectly right away. By bringing our high-fidelity designs into a responsive Webflow site, we ensured that the face of our brand tells the Pavero story exactly as intended.
To tie everything together, we extended the identity to our physical touchpoints. By maintaining total consistency between our digital and physical environments, we created a cohesive brand experience where every detail feels like it belongs to the same story.
Next up was our workspace. We are not interior designers but we thought it would be a fun, collaborative team project. We started sketching out different layouts and moodboards using the tools we were already accustomed to. It was the perfect way to get everyone's hands dirty and shape our own environment.
To see how those sketches would actually look in real life, we turned to AI. It took a lot of tweaking and adjusting, but when the final renders popped up, the whole team was in awe. Seeing our ideas come to life digitally made us even more impatient to start building it for real.
From picking out the right lights to assembling IKEA furniture, our space finally came to life. There is nothing quite like the feeling of actually working inside a space you designed from scratch.
Looking back, we still can’t believe we pulled off the entire project - from the name to the physical studio - in just a 30-day sprint. But this is only the beginning. Our vision is to establish Pavero as a global design leader in this AI era.
